The first and most important key to any successful product, feature, or user journey, is user empathy. Who are my users? How do they feel when they use my designs? How can I empower my users to achieve greater productivity, enjoyment, and creativity?

Visual design

Drawing from my background in graphic design and branding, I am always trying to bridge the gap between complicated workflows and visual excellence. How can I make this user experience more visually aesthetic, simplistic, and easy to use?

Data driven results

Product design is not just about painting a pretty picture, I strive for building user experiences backed by data and research in pursuit for exceptional results. Happy customers make me a motivated and fulfilled product designer.
